One of our latest designs is a clever little app that gives tenants, and their team members, access to the offers of each building. It's called CityNexus and is the key that unlocks the best of each commercial space.
Designed around tenant needs, this innovative app allows them to do everything from booking meeting rooms and submitting feedback about the building to pre-ordering meals from the resident F&B outlets and reserving dedicated VIP parking lots for special guests.
Indeed, in 2020, our tech team upgraded the app to launch the first-ever smart contactless lift-calling solution. Republic Plaza (RP) became the first building globally to use Otis' eCall™ Application Programming Interface (API) solution. With this function, tenants can call for lifts from their smartphones, which helps reduce crowding and waiting time in lift lobbies.
In 2023, CityNexus 2.0 was unveiled to further improve tenant engagement. While other facilities still use physical access cards, our tenants now use virtual access cards, making building access effortless and sustainable. The app even allows tenants to explore all the retail offerings across various CDL buildings freely, while also managing their invoicing and lease agreements.
With CityNexus 2.0, CDL has genuinely transformed and revolutionised the experience of tenants by making it more efficient, user-friendly and engaging.
