Following the robust demand for New Futura’s South Tower, CDL has soft-launched the highly-anticipated Phase 2 of the luxury freehold development, comprising the 60-unit North Tower.

Singapore, 15 May 2018 – City Developments Limited’s (CDL) 124-unit limited edition luxury freehold residential development, New Futura, has achieved overwhelming response. In January, Phase 1 of the upmarket development, comprising its 64-unit South Tower, was soft-launched and to date, 62 apartments (97%) have been sold, including the penthouse, achieving an average selling price (ASP) of over S$3,350 psf. The 7,836 square feet (sq ft) penthouse was sold for S$36.28 million or S$4,630 psf. 72% of the buyers were foreigners and permanent residents, mainly from Asia including China, Indonesia, Malaysia and South Korea.

The preview started on 11 May 2018 and in the first weekend alone, 21 units (70%) of the 30 units released have been sold at an ASP of over S$3,500 psf. Majority of the units sold were bought by permanent residents and foreigners, and they were the larger apartments of up to S$10 million each.
