Singapore, 12 July 2015 – The Brownstone Executive Condominium (EC) made a strong debut as around 300 eligible EC buyers filed their e-applications over the opening weekend. The 638-unit EC has attracted large crowds numbering over 2,000 at its sales gallery.
Applications for eligible EC buyers can be made from 10 to 20 July 2015, and bookings will be conducted on Saturday, 25 July 2015.
Given the current property market, the strong interest in The Brownstone has largely been driven by the project’s accessibility to the MRT network and growth prospects of its immediate neighbourhood. While there are several EC projects located in the North, The Brownstone is the only EC directly next to an MRT station. Works on Canberra MRT station has commenced, and it is expected to open the same year The Brownstone is slated for completion.
