Singapore, 13 October 2020 – Savvy homebuyers and investors snapped up 19 units at Nouvel 18 under a special limited time promotion which started on 15 July 2020. Following strong interest for the initial 15 units released, another 10 units were released for sale under the tactical promotion.
The average price of units sold under the promotion was about S$3,100 per square foot (psf), to a mix of foreign buyers (80%) and Singaporeans (20%). Units sold comprised a mix of tenanted and vacant units, including fully furnished and show units.
The attractive pricing for an iconic, ultra-luxury residence in the coveted District 10 residential enclave is a draw for buyers, who will also enjoy signature residential host services that are available to Nouvel 18 residents.
As at 1 October, 46 units of the 156-unit freehold development have been sold at average selling price above S$3,340 psf.
City Developments Limited's (CDL) wholly-owned subsidiary, Trentwell Management Pte. Ltd., is the appointed asset manager for Nouvel 18, which was completed in 2014.
