Singapore, 10 September 2020 – City Developments Limited (CDL) was named Best Residential Developer and Best Innovative Green Developer in Singapore in the Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2020.

In addition, CDL emerged as runner-up in the Best Overall Developer in Singapore category, and was placed third for two other categories – Mixed Sector, Singapore and Retail/Shopping Sector, Singapore.

CDL has consistently ranked well in the Euromoney Real Estate Survey, being amongst the top three in the Residential Developer and Overall Developer in Singapore categories over the past three years. It was named Best Residential Developer in Singapore for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018.

The Euromoney Real Estate Survey is an annual survey of the global real estate markets that recognise the leading providers of real estate products and services. In its 16th year, it received a total of 2,778 valid survey responses worldwide. Survey respondents include real estate advisers and consultants, developers, banks, investment managers and corporate end-users, who provided their views on which firms they believe have been the best providers of real estate products and services in their market over the past 12 months.
