In addition to upholding the UN Global Compact principles on human rights and labour, CDL practices fair employment and has been a signatory of the Employers’ Pledge of Fair Employment Practices with the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) since 2008.

In 2017, CDL was recognised as a pioneer Human Capital Partner by TAFEP, for its efforts to invest in human capital and adopt fair and progressive workplace practices.
