In our opinion: (a) the financial statements set out on pages 114 to 272 are drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Company as at 31 December 2022 and of the financial performance, changes in equity and cash flows of the Group for the year ended on that date in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 1967 (the “Act”), Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and International Financial Reporting Standards; and (b) at the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due.
